Glowsticks? Check. Rave whistles? Check. People on Ecstasy? Check. Dodgy mixing of early/mid 90's techno classics on vinyl? Check. Amazing dance party? For real!
Quarantine II was another epic event that actually felt like a proper rave. Brad Owen & I dove much deeper into our respective crates to provide a rave-tastic journey through forgotten classics of the techno past. Brad kicked it off like a proper rave with some ambient to set the mood. And we both played tracks we haven't spun in ages. Some of the mixing's a bit wobbly but the vibe was thick and it was another awesome party. Dane 101 knows how to throw a serious event! Here's the full 5 hour set for your enjoyment.
No tracklist as we were going back & forth between vinyl and both of our Scratch Live setups. I can tell you that there were tracks/remixes from: A Homeboy, A Hippie & A Funky Dred, SL2, LFO, Altern-8. N-Joi, Human Resource, Psychotropic, Jam & Spoon, Hardfloor, Robert Armani, Underground Resistance, Interactive, GTO, Eon, Green Velvet & tons more.
